New Features and Enhancements
11/26/02 Catalog Upgrade -- the HSU Library Catalog was
upgraded to Endeavor Voyager software release 2001.1.3. New features in
include the ability to
customize the search interface using Search Preferences; the
ability to save search results from multiple searches to your
Bookbag; the ability to save searches to be run at a regular
interval with results emailed to you, or run at your command. Search
History now allows you to combine search results from different
Advanced Search searches.
01/21/00 Course Reserves -- Beginning with the Spring 2000 semester, listings for print materials which are on reserve in the Library are available through the HSU Library Catalog. Click the ONCORES/Reserves option and then search by instructor, department, or course name. Note that listings for titles on ONCORES (the HSU Online Course Reserve System) are not yet included in this file, but may be added in the future. See Help for additional information.
12/7/99 On Order Records -- Materials which have been ordered for the Library now have preliminary records in the HSU Library Catalog. See Circulation Status/Order Information for additional information.
11/29/99 "See", "See Also" and "Narrower Term" Authority Records -- 400,000 name and subject cross-references were added to the HSU Library Catalog as an aid to searching.
11/23/99 Self Renewal -- Under you are now able to renew materials you
have checked out. See Help for additional
information.
